Dennis and Darlene began their missionary career in June 1979, serving at a Christian camp in Montana. Eleven years later, in June 1990, they began full time missionary service with CWCf. During the last 33 years they have been involved in many different aspects of this ministry, leading many project teams, and serving in the home office. The Korneychuks were instrumental in beginning the “Ready Volunteers”- RV’ers for Christ division of the mission, and for many years led “snowbirds” south in the winter, to build churches and camps and serve Native American ministries.
Dennis joined the CWCf Board of Directors in 2016 to add a staff member’s viewpoint on the board, as many decisions made by the board affect the staff. When they are not on a CWCf project (often in Arizona during the colder months), they make their home in Pine Bluffs, WY, where their daughter and son-in-law are just around the corner. They have two adult grandchildren.
